Subscriptions, Fees, and Payments

• Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis as described during the sign-up process.
• By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. Cancellations take effect at the period’s end. No refunds are provided for unused periods.
• We may change fees with notice in accordance with applicable law.

User Content

• You retain rights to content you submit but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, modify, distribute, and display it for service operation.
• You are solely responsible for your content. Do not submit content that violates laws or these Terms.

• BnB Sales, its logo, software, and all related materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
• No rights or licenses are granted except as explicitly outlined in these Terms.

Account Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
• You may stop using our Platform any time and request deactivation of your account.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• BnB Sales disclaims all liability for damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• BnB Sales does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
